First of all a big thank you to Chantelle and to Shane and the team. I wish I would have instructed from Day 1 instead of wasting time and money on other actions. Big thank you for their approach and strategy and sold our home in 4 weeks. We were previously waiting for 8 months… Thank you for your professionalism!

As a house buyer, I have not had the best experience with estate agents. With other estate agents, I was generally left with the impression that their goal was to protect the seller's interests and that they would not give me information unless they needed to. Although I did not have many dealings with Express Estate Agency because they operate online, I always found them helpful and responsive when I had queries for the seller of the property I have now purchased. They would also give me regular updates e.g. when the seller had completed documents for my solicitors. Olivia Baynes was particularly helpful in providing updates and answering any queries I had.

The process was made simple and it was handled in a pleasant way that made life easier.. Shane was exceptional.

First Time Buyers - Ryan Dillon handled our offer and acceptance and helped us through the start of the process. He was very quick and efficient at responding. Thank you for your help Ryan.

From the initial contact Express have been excellent to deal with. Lola Fantom as the direct link during the sales process has been great, with excellent communication and knowledge.

I have to say Francis has been exceptionally helpful and professional in getting our house on the market and to the point of sold subject to contract and I am sure the rest of the procedure will go as well. I’m very grateful to Francis for her help.

France has been an absolute gem. She acted professionally and represented my wishes. I was kept upto date with viewings. Also she responded to me when I contacted her. I would say that everyone could do with a Frances. It was refreshing to have such a professional, but personable person acting for us.

We initially had our parents home on the market since last July and didn't get an offer or many people through the door. We added our property with Express on the middle of December and this week we got an offer we agreed to (actually had 2 offers). Thank you Mathew for being so proactive and keeping us informed. I was expecting a phone call and a few hours later I noticed an email. Not a good system to be emailed without previous notification. So no appointment was kept which was very disappointing. Please contact me verbally and not by messages.
