I am delighted to say that Express EA sold my property, at a price I was happy with in just 5 days. It had sat on the market, with a local estate agent for two and a half years prior to this. I was dubious and sceptical about using them at first as they said they could sell it within 28 days. However, I am delighted with the service and outcome so far, if still a little stunned. I would like to say a huge thank you to Frances for her skilful negotiations in getting me a great offer. I particularly welcomed her friendly professionalism and her responding promptly. I also want to give a shout out to Anderson who initiated the marketing and viewings. I would strongly recommend Express EA. Wendy
