Clear information very helpful

The most unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune to use. They take a premium commission. For that we have received one expression of interest where the person told the agency they couldn’t afford the property yet they still tried to arrange a viewing. The only other viewing cancelled with 3 hours to spare causing us wasted time off work. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls after leaving countless emails. They state on the sales timeline that our assigned agent has called us to explain their services when no such call was made. Basically, they do nothing for you and expect premium commission. I have asked several times to be removed from their list as they are clearly not fulfilling their contract, yet receive no reply and our house is still on their for sale lists. If you are considering using this agency to sell your property then I urge you to reconsider. Unprofessional, unresponsive staff. A complete waste of time.

After everything was properly discussed and we was told how everything actually works the service was great. Be prepared for a lot of visits but the times and visits were great because they worked with us and our busy life Our property was sold a lot faster than other high street establishments so altogether a win win. The after care has been fantastic aswell with help other than sale of our property

I only asked Olivia to provide me an invoice with my current address on it regarding the property I was selling as I do not live in that property. I have not received that and she sounded she has never heard anything like this before. Olivia only send me few times updates regarding the selling process nothing else. I am not too satisfied and happy with the service what I received from her.

I was contacted by the express estate agency. They offered a 7 day express purchase. This attracted us. However in a zoom interview I felt pressured into the idea of selling over a month and showing people around my house. This was not what I wanted. I feel upset and pressured into doing what I don’t want to do.

Lola was brilliant! I’m not the most decisive of people and she was always happy to debate pros and cons, never rushed me or put any pressure on and really had my best interests at heart. She is very skilled at what she does and I would highly recommend her.

Absolute joke of a company, agreed a sale with the seller on two occasions for the estate agents to mess the transaction up. Very unprofessional operation wouldn’t waste your time.

Always available, kept me up to date and was an excellent liaison between myself and the seller while we agreed a price acceptable to us both.
