Rang this company twice concerning a property we were interested in. A long wait on the phone with jazz music playing. She did not seem to know much about the property but if we wanted to view someone would contact us so we left it. The next day returned their call and there was laughing in the background. I do not hear too well and then she asked me the name of the road and postcode. Then she asked me to spell it. We were given a number to ring to view it. Could they not have arranged this?

BEWARE..Worst Estate Agents ever! They have no ethics! They accepted my cash offer in writing. I have nothing to sell and would have bought at the buyers convenience! However, they then ignored my emails for two weeks and then allowed someone to gazump me without even letting me know! Terrible customer service, ignored telephone calls, and even emails to the complaints email address!! They don't care if you have incurred costs, just pure greed on their part. I wouldn't view or buy from this Estate Agency ever again!

The appointment was not arranged earlier than 4 hours notice on a Bank Holiday Monday morning. An 8am email & text for a 12pm meeting. A very strange way to organise your business

Extremely poor communication and caused a delay in the process. Don’t bother going with them!!! After completing on my first home, I was expecting a call from this estate agency. After ringing up to confirm key collect, I was told I would get a call from Joe. Two hours later, I never received a call. I went to the office as I came into town especially to pick them up as advices by my solicitor. After two hours of no response, I decided to drop by to collect the keys to be greeted by your colleague to say that the vendor is meeting us at the property at 5pm. Joe never came down to face me himself which was unprofessional and cowardly. He then only emailed my partner and not me to comfirm this information, only sending an email at 4.10 giving me 50 minutes to leave town and meet the vendor. Not really acceptance and really poor from an estate agency. I am really upset with the lack of communication today and throughout this whole process. Don’t bother giving you them your business.

I enjoyed speaking with Sam. She was very knowledgeable and certainly knew her business.

Not going to lie there were a few teething problems at the start of the process but Lola remained professional. Super impressed by the amount of views and quickness of sale
