Unprofessional, I waste my time... I tried to book a appointment to view a property and she tried to push me to sell through Express Estate agent. It is unacceptable for me and not fair for the buyer to refuse me to see the property. I will write a email and make complaints to company. Also the video call wasn't possible because the lady said is not working the system. Worst experience !

Always helpful and kept me informed

Been very helpful and well mannered over the phone

So we have recently completed a sale with Express after 7Months and 3 failed sales, not entirley there fault but the sale dragged due to incompetence on their side. I Will start with one positive they came out quickly and the photos done were of good quality and the member of staff ( Carmine ) who dealt with getting potential buyers through the door was great, very approachable and kept in good contact with us. Once we had a sale agreed this is where the nightmare began. Thier aftersales is shocking, they could not deal with the buyers team, they act like children when an issue arises, rather than sorting it. Its just excuse after excuse. In the end we had to interveen and if we hadnt the sale would of collapsed, we had to contact the buyers team directly to sort paperwork and get updates. Then theres trying to contact them!!!! they never answer the phone or you get the call centre, who have know idea, they dont respond to emails its a joke. When we complained we had a small refund on the overall price but even then we had to complain about the complaints department to get a response. Finally when we completed they never contacted us again as they should of sorted the keys but we had to get a number for the buyers to meet them. O and then once the solicitors paid thier fee we still havent heard from them. Rant over, if this deters one person from them then great, they are expensive and have no idea what customer service is, please avoid at all cost.
