BEWARE THE 16 WEEK 'CONTRACT', READ IT FULLY BEFORE SIGNING. Commission is based on original asking price NOT selling price. Sounded good at the start but didn't live up to the promises. Initial request was for them to buy our house, they quickly turned that round to trying to sell it for us. The photography was pathetic and the choice of lead photo (of wheely bins) was diabolical. The description of the house was wildly inaccurate. Correcting these issues took weeks and in fact some details were never put right. "Sell in 30 days" ?? 6 weeks later not a single referral, viewing, anything. The For Sale sign was finally put up 2 weeks after we sacked them. Phone is rarely answered. Sacked them and put the house in the hands of a proper agent. 16 weeks later we are free of this diabolical contract.

Anderson was a great help and always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions or to keep us updated!
