A proposed sale was quickly acheived, within a week, so whilst there are many hurdles to clear, so far so good. A simple process to list, all done without ever meeting anyone - just how I like it ! Many thanks

Lola was fantastic with communication and helped get the price agreed upon and the process moving forward. I had issues with the conveyancing firm that was recommended though (DC Law), I was told the seller was using them too so easiest / quickest if I did also. This turned out not to be true. They were not great and wasted 2 weeks of time whilst case manager was on vacation to then tell me that they couldn’t proceed due to some of my funds being converted to GBP from crypto. Had to instruct another conveyancing firm. Massive waste of time.

Carmine Sodano at Express Estate Agency handled the purchase of a property for us. Smooth process but absolutely shocking non existent help from him when we needed help after completion date. Seller did not leave any house deeds and no set of window keys so we had to spend hundreds of pounds on getting new locks. Would not recommend this estate agency.

Carmine was assigned to us to see our sale through,after the sale fell through 3 times very little communication from Express estate agency Had given them 30 days notice it was then they appointed Carmine to our sale communication was brilliant he kept us updated all through the sale process,always returning calls even when their was no update to give ,I found him professional polite and always willing to go the extra mile , he certainly turned a round in my opinion a under performing agency that was about to lose business. This company has no ability to communicate with buyers. I’ve twice been booked on viewings without my knowledge and as such will not be purchasing from a seller that is using this estate agent
