Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions and a pleasure to work with up until I confirmed that I will be working with the agency-recommended solicitors. After that, he stopped responding and the property was still on the market for several days. In my case, Ryan was absent at the rightest time possible as while the property was still being shown, I found a better-suited property for myself.

At first we were not sure we had done the right thing in using an out of town agency but continued with them, we were not that confident with the initial dealings but once we were given a coordinator it was plain sailing. Frances David, she was so helpful professional and friendly. She was always available to talk to and deal with. We have now negotiated our sale and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Let’s hope the sales progressor is just as good.
I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones but this agency is one to avoid. Very hard to contact, took a long time to get acknowledged nevermind talk to someone or get call backs. Offered booking slots online but they didn't match what was actually available and they didn't seem to actually officially book anything. I Waited 2 weeks on a call back to go for a second viewing. In terms of individual members of staff, the particular man in charge of selling this property didn't take all enquiries and offers to the seller. I then informed the seller of my issues with the man and this whole estate agency. The seller then said I could contact him directly which this worker didn't take very well. Very pushy in wanting to sell my house but having been on the receiving end of trying to view and purchase a house they were already selling there is no way I'd let them sell anything. Awful. They are an absolute shambles and they Made the whole experience a lot harder than it should have been.
Honestly Luke has provided and very quick and efficient service and very helpful, can’t rate him highly enough.
Great service and support from Lucy and the team. Sold our flat after 2 weeks!
