We made an offer on the property which was accepted by the vendor, we then asked for and was told by the company that the house was removed from the market, we then instructed our solicitor to carry out all the necessary searches which they did and git back, only to be told by the company that we had been out bid. When we asked how we could have been out bid when the property had been taken off the market, to which they told us they had received a better offer From some one who previously viewed the house a year ago. I am now out of pocket £300 for searches on the property because of the way the company have dealt with the purchase.

Lola has been fantastic! We have had a very stressful previous purchase application that fell through due to the vendor and estate agent, but she has completely reassured us and could not have done anything more.
After being advised I could cancel after 30 days with no recourse and the property would be taken off the market and try to escalate to i have had no response all i keep being asked is to lower the value of my p[property poor service. They should stand by their staffs word
Anderson was so helpful from the start of the process, still early days but he requested the required information promptly and went the extra yard when he asked his work colleague Aimee to communicate with me after he had left for home as I was still waiting to hear if my offer had been accepted late on Sunday evening.
After listing our property with a previous estate agent who we were unhappy with, we chose to switch to express estate agency and our experience has generally been positive! Lola was always quick to respond to emails and was always available to help when we rang. A sale has now been agreed after 3 months, so although it didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped, we are happy to finally be moving forward. Thank you Lola!
Initially I thought the letters offering to sell my house were a scam. But I am so glad I contacted them and decided to throw caution to the wind. Express sold my house so promptly and secured so many positive viewings, which was something 2 separate high street agents couldn’t do with 6 months of it being on the market! Just brilliant!

A fantastic service from day 1, I made an enquiry had a video call from Nik the same day, he instructed the photographer to attend and the house was on the market within 4 working days as promised, was advertised Xmas eve, 10 viewings over Xmas and new year, a number of offers and Sale ageeed over the asking price by 6th January. Lola was my sales advisor and she kept me up to date all the way. Will definitely recommend

Unsure initially about reaching out to a distant real estate however they have proved to follow every detail of the transaction closely and Frances was professional and quick on the responses. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a property
