Carmine was assigned to us to see our sale through,after the sale fell through 3 times very little communication from Express estate agency Had given them 30 days notice it was then they appointed Carmine to our sale communication was brilliant he kept us updated all through the sale process,always returning calls even when their was no update to give ,I found him professional polite and always willing to go the extra mile , he certainly turned a round in my opinion a under performing agency that was about to lose business.
