Website is not clear when using your reg plate. If you buy parts online that’s are incorrect they refuse a return even if items are unused so I will never buy from this company again

Part was delivered promptly and was exactly what I ordered at an excellent price

When I placed my order I was told that I would be texted to update me on its progress. This didn't happen. I placed my order around 10:30 and paid for same day delivery after 3 hours I called the store to find out what was happening. The person who answered was very helpful and seemed surprised that my order had not been processed and said he would speak to the warehouse. My order was then delivered between 14:00 and 15:00. I can't fault the fact that my order arrived on the same day, which I paid for, however given that the last order cutoff for same day delivery is at 15:00 and the store shuts at 18:00 I am a little disappointed that after 3 hours I had to make contact to find out where my purchase was. I am however grateful that the staff members who picked packed and delivered my order, along with the member of staff who took my call, managed to get it to me within a quick time frame after my call. Update: After being contacted by Euro Car Parts customer services team, they have issued me with a voucher as part of an apology. Due to this svift resolution I have amended my original 3-star review to a 5-star.

The battery arrived only problem was the box it came in was bashed up however I fitted it to my car and bingo it started first time which was a great release of my time as being 80 years of age my hands are wrinkled up with arthritis and I have done it with no help from my son!!!
