Did a click and collect order and after I paid I got absolutely nothing, no confirmation email no order number, nothing. Contacted the chat "support" and spoke to their idiotic boot that kept asking for my order number when I asked to be connected to a human. When I finally got connected they said they couldn't find my order and that someone will get back to me, when I asked when he said whenever he gets an answer from another department. 5 days after my order I get an email saying my order is now ready and that I can collect it, not even an apology. Also in the email they said that if I want to add any additional comments I can reply to the email so I did. Got an email back saying it's undelivered and that I can't send emails to that address. Apparently having to chase them and waste a lot of time to get something that I paid for to be collected straight away after 5 days is normal to them. I do not recommend them and I won't be using them anymore.
Went to live chat to make sure I ordered the correct part for my vehicle, ordered and paid for next day delivery, arrived less than 3 hours later
