The delivery was on time

One of the parts I ordered was wrong. It did not fit my vehicle. This was only noticed after stripping the car down and has resulted in costing me more money and missing the retest for the Mot. Very disappointed.

Delivery service was very poor. No information when the delivery is coming and driver came didn’t call me, just left notes I was in the garden .

My car battery failed after being less than a year old. Eleza who I spoke to online from customer support was very helpful. I had to purchase the same battery again online but they made sure I was refunded for the failed battery once i had taken it to a local euro car parts store

Paid for express delivery so would get it on valentines day so I could take my fiancee out for the day and night. Get the message saying out for delivery then 5 minutes later sent another email. Saying unable to deliver. My whole romantic day ruined. Asked for some sort of compensation for ruining my day and was offered a 10 quid voucher. Thanks alot.
