Quick and reliable service and easy to use website

Firstly the website is easy to navigate and find the parts you need. Unfortunately the number of parts showing on the website are not the number of parts in the Oldham store. Either staff can't count or their systems don't update correctly. I bought a low cost part on line, only to be told that they didn't have the part in stock. This must be comman because the two people infront of me had the same issues. The money was credited back to me, which I should receive in 7 days. I was unable to pay the difference because I was not asked. If you use this company do not pay and collect.

Cancelled my order by phone 10 mins after placing. It titillated turned up and I paid £72.50 but only refunded £56.94 - why is this short.

Poorly packed and use evri so when the box split they delivered it anyway. Very lucky parts were still inside.

The wrong part was sent as when inputting my reg it only showed the standard vehicle. I returned the part to the Attercliffe store in Sheffield and after doing some digging, the guy on the customer service desk found me the correct part. Turned out that VW Golf R line parts fit my vehicle. The young man was so patient and helpful. Will definitely use euro parts again.

Called Head Office; Wrong part supplied, difficulty getting refund/part exchanged due to company policy. (Policy is a choice set out by the company) I now have a part that is of NO USE to me and have already spent more time chasing an exchange than the part is worth. My Time is Money, why would a big company, after THEIR error, not go out of their way to fix this IF they cared about their customers

Great service from Wokingham branch. I was having a problem online with the money off code so Twiggi helped me in branch so I saved £15.00 off my purchase. I am stressed due to cancer related issues and car problems were making matters worse. Twiggi was very helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions and clarifying they were the right parts for my vehicle . He was patient and genuinely wanted to help so I didnt feel stupid asking questions and reduced my stress. I will definitely go back to Wokingham in future.

The second time I have ordered parts for my mechanic to replace on my car and when they have looked at the parts they are wrong

New battery supplied for my car via click and collect. Very simple and easy transaction. However the battery was so poor that it needed to be replaced in 5 weeks! Obviously selling items of extremely questionable quality. Have used prior to this but after this will never consider them again. Would advise extreme caution. UPDATE. Following my review their customer service team reached out and could not have been more helpful yo resolve my concerns. Excellent service and rating upgraded from 1 star to 4
