My online order for a car battery got missed somehow, ordered on a Wednesday lunchtime. I had paid for express delivery for the next day. It was finally delivered on the Saturday. I couldn’t use my car for those days. These things happen, but they could look into what went wrong. Am grateful for the person who finally delivered it. Since then, Euro Car Parts customer service has been very good at looking into the matter and for making amends. I will happily order from them again. Sometimes things go wrong, but it’s how they are rectified which makes all the difference. Thank you to Lorrenne at their customer support.

I said I couldnt sign for the item as i woukdnt be in. I called and they said it had to be, even though the item is £2 and delivery £5. I talked to the call centre to drop at a convenient time and we arrange a range and they didn't even attempt the redelivery at all... heard nothing since that call centre call 5 days ago..

After an unacceptable service from Eurocarparts, as I ordered an item to be delivered, there was no tracking, no email confirmation, nothing. Delivery person turned up without notification, while I was not home. I had to rearrange it as click and collect. I gave a complained review, and to my surprise, Euro Car Parts took the feedback seriously. I respect that, because Eurocarparts is very big, they have many great reviews. And for them to take a negative review serious shows their value to their customer expectations and experiences.

I had a great and enjoyable and easy experience using this app. This was my first time using this app and all I had to do was put in my car registration number and everything I needed was there for me. I ordered the parts I needed and got them delivered to my door. The driver was very helpful. Great service I will definitely be using you again. Very helpful and very happy with the service

Great service and prompt delivery

Ordered a 3-in-1 jump starter power pack in the afternoon on Friday 14th, it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. It arrived on Saturday 15th. Excellent service.

Easy to organise a credit and replacement for wrongly ordered parts. Not so easy for the sales person who had to do the paperwork! However he was cheerful and determined and I got my credit and replacement parts.

Enter reg, select wiper blades, filter for rear blade. 2 came up, selected one, suspecting it would be suitable for my car, as I had entered the reg and confirmed the model. Wiper blade arrived, 10 inches too long for the rear screen. Waste of time and money. Can't be bothered to return as the postage makes it a waste of time, and the post office is a 10 mile drive.

My part has not been delivered

The website description and pictures are confusing. The "picture" should the rear light assembly that I needed but the description said left. I assumed, as the picture was correct, that the description was as you look at the front of the vehicle........WRONG!!!! So now I have to return it and order the other one!!!!!
