Paid for premium delivery again and it came 2 days late and was delivered to the wrong house who i dont get on with so no delivery confirmation from DPD. Wilk stick with another supplier to ensure correct delivery, pity because the part was perfect.

Ordered a car battery on line, told it would take 3-4 working days. After not hearing anything on day 4 I had to contact the company to find out what was happening to my order! Found it extremely difficult to speak to a human being, had to go through web page computer bot! Eventually a human replies saying it is out for delivery that day? (Coincidence) but could not tell me the time of delivery, but it would be before 7.30 PM. Very disappointed with this service, no communication what so ever regarding the delivery, would not recommend.

I ordered brake fluid from you last Sunday through express delivery. However, I didn't receive it until Wednesday. I tried to contact the Worcester branch but was unsuccessful. So, I went to the tolladine Road branch, where my brake fluid was still there. I asked them to refund my delivery charges, but they told me they could not do that and advised me to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't help either. I am really disappointed that I didn't get my money back.
