Order 113-00076949260 Wednesday 26th February ordered front brake pads for my car online, the pads weren’t in stock at my nearest branch but they would have them next day 27th at a branch 25 miles away (50 mile round trip) and I could collect them from 9am onwards, so I paid in full online and received my confirmation and again this confirmed next day collection from 9am. Next day 27th at 10:30am I arrived at the branch with my order confirmation only to be told the pads were not there and would not be available for collection until after 3:30pm, I then suggested they deliver them to my home address and after me talking with a manager this was agreed with a big BUT, it would be the following day 28th. The last time I used this particular branch exactly the same scenario occurred. The moral behind this story is if you want consistently bad/poor service use Euro car parts, you won’t be disappointed. ☹️ Euro car parts tried unsuccessfully to resolve my service issue and for trying I’ve increased my star rating.

Euro Car Parts is great, we all know that. Great prices, loads of choice etc. But what prompted the review really is the top customer service that the gentleman at the Wokingham branch collection point provides, time after time, with the same courtesy, friendliness and efficiency. Thank you Sir.

Rather annoyed on opening my consignment I ordered from you to service my vehicle. The price of the sparkplugs for my vehicle,on opening parcel found only ONE sparkplug at a cost of £36.99..one who assume that this price was for a set of 4 to suit my car ..but no to my disappointment there wasnt an alternative to be had .Telephoned your company to vent my frustration,and requested a refund for said sparkplugs .of which I received from my local europarts store. Since which I've gone on to another media site and obtained the same sparkplugs x4 for the price of £26:96 and free postage and packaging..

Needed a starter motor urgently, early one morning….found it on line. Picked it up within the hour. Efficient, friendly service.
