Ordered Sunday AM, and paid extra for priority delivery on Monday. Actually arrived on Wednesday!! Customer service useless.

The air filter was wrong, and the only type availible, the bulb purchased wasnt even in the box Edit: a refund was given for the air filter, but will still have to go buy another bulb

I ordered online for collection on the 20th of Feb, on the 22nd I go to collect the order, they don't have it. They say it will be ready on the 1st of March. I go on the 1st of March to collect and guess what it's not there. They say they have refunded me, I look at my bank account and no money has been refunded. 2 trips wasted and staff so unhelpful. Eurocarparts are a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

Appalling service. Appalling customer care. Will be advising family and friends not to use this company. Entered reg and ordered part. Mechanic said it was the wrong part. Had to pay mechanic for time. Called to return part said it’s dpd collection and only 9-5 so also had to take a day off work to send the part back even though it was their error. Guy on the phone extremely rude. Kept parroting phrases from his phrase bank at me and talked over me the whole time.

excellent service , as I live close to the seller they delivered in a couple of hours I will use them again. Parts not available at my local Halfords 2 miles away

I am happy with the price and quality but unhappy with delivery time. Amazon set the standard, a three or four day wait is unacceptable, particularly for motor spares.Normally I would use click & collect but the part I needed, a battery was dead so I couldn't. Keep up with Amazon or die !! Further to my review above.I am very pleased with the response I have had to it from the Company. They showed genuine concern and assure me they have solved the problem so thank you Euro Car Parts and Trustpilot for providing the platform.

Euro car parts whiffler road Norwich. I Wanted a brake calliper which the girl behind the counter got , wanted to put it on account but she said “ I can’t I’ve already done the order “.She refused to cancel it and start again, then I was told to open box take calliper out and put my old one in box . Very nearly walked out and went to Halfords who had part in stock then she would have no choice to cancel it because I hadn’t even paid. Won’t be going back there again . Obviously too much work to hit delete button . Manners and politeness cost nothing. Help customers without them you don’t have a job Same response as most , nothing will be done . Asking for invoice number which I gave now asking again. Will just not use account and we will go elsewhere Update Had to use euro car parts again 24/05/25 but went to hall road and I would give them 5 stars as the young chap was very helpful . So obviously it’s not all their staff , asked to put on account and he said sure no problem and sorted it . Opened boxes to check brake discs size against old ones and not a problem.
