Excellent deal, on an Karcher jet wash bundle, unmatched by any other vendor. Delivery was quick and package arrived in immaculate condition. Very courteous delivery service. The product is perfect. Ordered on the 9.3.25 for delivery. Still not received on 16.3.25. Not very good for a 3-4 day delivery!

Waste of time, still as useless as they were 15 years ago! Reserved a part online, went in to branch to collect, waited 20mins in a queue of 3 People, they took payment to then tell me as soon as i touched my card on the machine it was out of stock?? Then wasted another 10 mins getting a refund!

What a waste of time ordered a battery and never received it and no response from them at all the customer service is rubbish

Ebro failed to deliver as messaged and took another week after chasing euro car no explanation given

Not the best. Ordered two replacement headlamps for my car, ordered on a Sunday with guaranteed delivery no later than Friday. By late Monday I asked when item would be dispatched to which he said “I don’t know” but assured me it would be with me by Friday. Friday/Saturday came and went and no delivery. After complaining to support support staff started to chase the courier ‘Evri’ and said “they’re looking into it”. Euro Car Parts did refund my delivery cost to be fair, package was eventually delivered on Sunday without warning or knocking so lucky I was in. I had an MOT the next day so these parts arrived just in time. I understand Evri is likely at fault here but they represent your overall service which wasn’t a good first experience.

Ordered Sunday approx 5.00pm and delivered Monday approx 11.00am

My order never even got delivered by the carrier company Evri, they never even attempted delivery. Received no email from eurocarparts no refund no redivery. Oh but I got a survey email from them to ask how they had done! Update: I had an email replying to this review from them saying they would send out the order and I would have it within 48hours. Well it’s past that and still nothing!! Again no way to get through to speak to a human.

Box came part opened and and wrapped in dpd tape. Half the order missing. Now, euro car parts are making me, the consumer jump through so many hoops rather than just dealing with dpd and issuing the consumer a refund. Another set of brake pads ordered and had to cancel on a mechanic. Will not use this shoddy company again!
