Arrogant and rude member of staff, at the Castletown in Sunderland branch who thinks he knows it all. This has happened on two occasions. I went to NAPA auto parts friendly and helpful staff.

**Terrible Experience with Euro Car Parts – False Promises and Poor Service** I had an absolutely awful experience with Euro Car Parts, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them. I placed an order for a critical car part, and I was explicitly promised that it would be available for collection on the 19th after 4 PM. However, when I arrived at the branch—after driving over **30 miles**—the part was nowhere to be found. I went back **three times**, wasting my time and fuel, only to be met with vague excuses and delays. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and seemed completely disconnected from their own branches. Instead of providing a real solution, To make matters worse, they failed to answer calls at the branch, and even the chat agent admitted they couldn't do much besides "waiting for a reply." This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional. I **demanded a refund and compensation**, but all I got was the usual corporate nonsense about delays being "unforeseen circumstances." If I had known this would happen, I would never have placed my order with them. Euro Car Parts has **zero reliability, poor communication, and no accountability**. Avoid them unless you enjoy wasting your time and money!

Website worked. Product great. But the queuing in the shop to collect it was ls awful. The queue was almost out the door. And took 35 minutes to get served. There were 2 till and just one man serving. He wasn’t just serving he was helping people decide what they wanted. He had to fetch the product from the warehouse. Take returns back to the warehouse. Someone asked him where the others were and he said they weren’t allowed to help - plenty of staff milling around chatting and working on the computers in the back office and in the warehouse. When I left the queue was twice as long as when I got there. The guy was brilliant but surely he needs help.
