No idea where my part is, local phone number goes to national branches. Asked for redelivery but no sign.

half of my order was missing, the lack of communication i had from the first customer agent was appalling. did not think to keep in contact or update me with whether he had heard back or not, let alone receive an email confirming everything we had spoke about. I then get back in contact, chase and speak to another agent who has now taken over the case as my items have still not arrived. She then sent a email confirming she had escalated this to the area manager. cant say i have much hope.
