Ordered part for delivery on Tuesday 4th of march 3-4 working days on the following Monday I phoned to see were my order was and was promised delivery the next day this went on every day until it finally came on Thursday 13th of march nine days and six phone calls just to get my parts delivered horrendous service.

I interacted via email with both Darren and Maria. They fully understood the issue and acted to resolve it quickly and effectively.

Too few staff on the sales counter leading to excessive waiting times, on average 10-15 mins, this time 20mins. At least it didn't break my record of 27mins. My advice take a flask, sandwiches and possibly a sleeping bag just to be on the safe side.

He informed me before I found out myself and his level of customer service and aftercare was second to none. I will 100% use this company again - all because of him!
