for purchasing from the website is very easy to navigate and could get everything we required, we did have an issue with delivery being over a week long, but this was soon resolved.

I have used ECP for many years in different locations, on this visit George stood out as remembering my name and straight away searched for my items once I had told him I was here for a collection. So polite young man and knowledgeable. Great assist to your company.

Ordered online from local store for delivery only to find out sent from head office many days later had to go to local store and collect items as delivery was to long not happy

I ordered two sets of wiper blades. The website said next day delivery but they actually turned up within an hour. (Which was quite handy as it rained a few hours later.)

I placed a small order for new windscreen wipers which was easy to order online, using my reg no to make sure I had the correct size. They were delivered as promised - but the best bit is that the delivery driver found an alternative place to leave the blades as they didn’t fit through the letterbox. The invoice was on the doormat when I got back with a note to say where the parcel had been left. Brilliant customer service - thank you. Fast free delivery over £25, what's not to like.

Still not received all the parts yet. DPD aren’t the best. Tried to reschedule twice and they don’t book in to deliver. Good comms from ECP and got things delivered in the end.

I ordered a part for my car from Euro Car Parts with next-day delivery. I placed my order around 9:00 PM on Thursday, expecting to receive it on Friday. When I contacted live chat, they told me that because I placed the order at 9 PM, it was normal for it not to arrive the next day. I understand that, but the system showed the expected delivery date as the next day and did not provide any warning. Because my part didn’t arrive on time, I couldn’t pass my car through its MOT over the weekend. The part didn’t arrive on Monday either. Live chat told me they would respond within 24 hours, but this was too late. I contacted them multiple times, and they eventually told me that my order, placed on Thursday evening, would only arrive on Tuesday. The part finally arrived on Tuesday, and they refunded the next-day delivery fee. I will avoid using this company as much as possible and do not recommend them.
