My parcel arrived on time however my invoice was not in an envelope meaning that anyone could have seen it outside my house, absolutely pathetic that attached to my wipers was a invoice.

Ordered oil and filter for car service. Received message from Evri that they had the order, then another message to say it was at delivery depot, next message was that it was being returned to sender. I spoke to my normal Evri delivery man and he said Evri do not deliver Oil it is a banned product for them. Called euro car parts and explained this, their agent disagreed and said he would resend for next day, I received the filter but still no oil. Called them again, agent said he would chase and get me tracking details. Upshot is over a week later I still have no oil and no apology or anything from Euro Car Parts, should have used Motor Parts Direct, I won’t use this shower again

First time using Euro car parts and very disappointing. Ordered discs and pads for a 2019 Vauxhall Corsa online,when the arrived the pads weren’t the correct ones (even though their online checker said they were. So to avoid going through the whole returns process as I needed them that day, so I decided to travel 25 miles to a Euro parts shop. I was told that they had to be credited and I would have to pay for them again from the shop. I originally payed £58.64 this was with an online offer, but had to pay £79.99 for the ones in store as they couldn’t give me the online discount (even though it was not my mistake) very poor service from Euro parts will think again.!!!! UPDATE Euro parts response was that I had selected the wrong parts?? Even when one of their in store staff said when they put my car registration in the brake pads they sent didn’t even come up as an option to choose ..!!!!! They offered £15 voucher to spend on next visit….. even though I had to travel 25miles and ended up paying £20 more for the correct ones… now they are unresponsive on emails.!!! Very poor customer service.!!!

Terrible service. Went in for coolant, and the desk person was sitting in the warehouse on his phone whilst talking to someone else completely unaware that I've been standing there for 20 minutes. Further more, I went in today for new brake pads as needed them urgently, and got told it would be £300 for just the rear. I genuinely have no idea how he's come up with that price but its ridiculous, thats £75 per brake pad, needless to say I said f(word) no, and went to another company that I trust. Sorry euro car parts, you've lost a customer.
