Advertised items as available for couple day delivery. However after a few days not showing up and no update emails, I contacted Eurocarparts to be told it’s acrually on back order. Obviously I’d have just chosen any of the other non-back order parts made by other companies as a substitute had anyone told me.

I had some problems with my order but they sort out . Well done guys

Great to get the famous Euro Car Parts service as a domestic customer. I used to work in the trade and their vans used to deliver multiple times a day. So I was super impressed when they delivered new brake pads for my Discovery with the same care and speed as they do for their corporate clients Keep up the great work.

This morning I ordered and paid for a car battery time 09-32 I paid £7-95 for same day delivery by 19-00 still waiting, contacted customer service absolute waste of time, no human to speak to just a robot which continued to set me back to my original complaint 3times emailed twice reply telling me it could take 3/10 days to deal with my complaint, zero customer service won’t use again.

You took an order for delivery, the simply decided not to deliver. Followed up by being incredibly hard to contact, so that I had to request a refund via PayPal for the Eastleigh delivery order,and re order and collect from Norwich. Norwich were faultless. Customer Services were very good at resolving this, and did provide a £20 voucher by way of apology, so I will consider trying again in the future.

I was sent the wrong part and contacted Euro parts about how unhappy I was at me having to pay the return packaging cost. Thier customer service agent, Claire was unbelievably helpful and made it her goal to not only get all my money back but even a little more for my trouble.

I ordered my products around 0930hrs and by 1130hrs the same day they had been delivered. I did not pay for same day or next day delivery. I was completely surprised by the speed of delivery. Thank you.

Delivery person did not knock on the door and left the Items on the doorstep on a wet day ! I found the items when I left the house later that day.
