This latest order for a variety of Yaris brake items were delivered promptly and received in good condition - but a previous order contained very poor quality front brake pads for a Yaris, which I had no alternative but to fit. As a result you gave me a voucher (CSDS-546882KP) but it wasn't recognised when I came to place my latest order. Quite disappointing that I couldn't enjoy the discount voucher given, I'm sure, in good faith.

Ease of finding the part, however, some batteries won’t fit this car that are advertised in the search so you need to take measurements.

I ordered a rear light bulb for delivery. It arrived in a padded envelope (although I use the word padded loosely, it wasn't particularly thick padding). The bulb wasn't in a box in the envelope, just loose. Unbeknownst to me the bulb had smashed in transit, I stuck my hand in and thankfully realised it had smashed before I cut myself. Called in and the customer service lady (very polite) apologised and said she'd organise a next day delivery, send me a confirmation email and speak to the warehouse to ensure they pack bulbs in a safer manner. No email arrived and no contact from the courier so I called again the following day. She said they'd been too late to request the next day delivery which is why it hadn't arrived and apologised for not contacting me to let me know. She said it would be the following day. It did arrive the following day and thankfully it was in one piece as once again they'd put it in a thin padded envelope with no box or extra padding. Would like to say the two staff members I spoke to were polite and friendly so perfectly happy with that side of things, but the rest of it left me unimpressed Additional..... Today (26.03.2025) I was contacted by a member of the customer service team. Very nice person who apologised for the issues, gave me a voucher as goodwill and will feedback information to the relevant dept regarding safer packing practices. I'm perfectly happy with this outcome

Cant even get an order right! item shows in stock online at telford, but infact when I go and collect its at tamworth! Then when it comes in stock its the wrong item! they tried to say it was the correct one accept what i ordered (aluminium item) and what they tried to give me (wooden item) I refused it! Then had to wait 7 days for a refund!!!!
