Belt arrived in two days, allowing car to be back in use well ahead of the week and a half the garage said was the soonest they could fit me in! Quality brand.I'll keep coming back.

I ordered the wrong brakes and caliper for my car and i had a phone call to say I'd ordered the wrong ones. He cancelled my order and i ordered the right ones. Excellent customer service. Would recommend the site to anyone.

I have no issue with the service I received at Euro Car Parts, my complaint is that they are cahoots with subscription scammers. At the end of the purchase you are told that you are entitled to a free gift in light of the purchase. This is not a gift this is a SCAM! They get you with a free gift but then make it impossible to cancel unless you raise it as fraudulent transaction with your bank. I will never make another purchase from a company that works with such shameless scammers! Update: Euro car parts are trying to get my review removed! Instead of actioning my complaint they are instead trying to silence me. This indicates that they are getting paid by the subscription scammers to bring in marks for them.

The chap behind the counter is very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Made a brake pad return very easy and straight forward.

Second time on two different cars they have supplied the wrong oil filter, absolutely useless when doing a service on a Sunday, it says something when Halfords come to the rescue, AP Titan or EU Linco from now on.

My order was never delivered, yet it says it has been delivered I did not receive any confirmation that my order has been dispatched and on what date. I did not receive any communication that my order has been delivered and to where or picture evidence of delivery and date of the said delivery. I went to check the status of my order on Euro car part website, all I got in regard to deliver is just the status that the order has been delivered, but no tracking information and date. I have a camera at home, I would like to know when the item was delivered so I can check my security cameras. ***Update**** Euro Car Parts got back to me, on the 23/03/2025, (the day I submitted my review), after investigation to confirm the error, my order was delivered the next day (24/03/2025). Euro Car Parts then compensated me with £15 as a good will gesture. This issue has been resolved to my satisfaction, I will therefore change my rating
