Ordered brake pads and Discs on Saturday 22nd March over the phone.Was told tgey would be in the store Monday at 08.30. Drove there from rainham on Monday morning to be told oh they haven't been delivered,asked for my number to call me when they was delivered that day. Still waiting for call. What a useless company and useless staff,someone should of called me in tge morning not to waste my time driving down as they didn't have them. Incompetent

Chat is useless. Just a stupid bot. Doesn’t help. No humans. Pointless. No way of getting any help. Waste of time. Don’t update to tell you if products have arrived or not when ordered, they just stay on orange as processing. When you track your order, same, useless information, nothing.
