Paid for next day delivery but they delivered on the same day I ordered. Very impressed

Order never came then I got an email stating my order had been returned and a refund was being processed… no other explanation! I what a waste of time! Edit * after reading my review I was contacted and my order reviewed. The local branch cancelled my order due to stock issues but didn’t advise me. I have now been reimbursed and given a voucher as compensation for my time.

What a Nightmare this company is!!! From start to…. I would like to say finish but eight days on we are still waiting for a confirmation of collection and refund of a battery that is leaking sulphuric acid/deionised water! Contact made several times online, by phone to customer service and the branch in Reading Berkshire, including emails. One customer service lady actually is trying to do her job, and has emailed to say this has been escalated to senior management levels, yet still no common decency for anyone to do their job some 48 hours + to make contact to explain/ rectify the problem….REMEMBER we were delivered a DAMAGED BATTERY. No battery no working vehicle. GET A GRIP Europarts your staff have had enough time to deal with this, countless phone calls and emails. If this had been dealt with before 04:00 hrs on 26 March 2025, this very disappointed senior citizen would not be writing a negative review. Very disappointing experience, COLLECTION and REFUND NOW If only you knew the stress that Europarts / staff have caused. Grab their money and bury their head in the sand attitude is the only polite wait I can describe this company. Rudely put would bring me down to the level of those at Europarts . I will update this review once the issue is sorted. BUT please as they say don’t hold your breath! Update 07/04/2025 I’m unsure of the explanation that you have ‘given’ I have not seen. It is a sad state of affairs When I I had to send such an email to get any action from yourselves. The battery was collected at 12.45 on the 26th hours after my review. The money was refunded into my account some eight days later. I purchased from Europarts in GOOD FAITH. I do occasionally right reviews and positive ones, it could have been so different. Will I shop with Europarts again. NO.
