Vroom. My car was stolen from outside of my house. If you have any form of insurance with Esure, I’d recommend you find another insurer. They offered me thousands less than the market value of the car at the time of theft. Despite their policy stating this would be provided. I requested the offer in writing more than 8 times, via email and calls it was not given. I let them know the exact sections of their policy and policies set by the FCA that they had broken, yet it took recording phone conversations, formal complaints and threats to involve the ombudsman. After they explored avenues of fraudulence, they have settled. This is not a worthy insurance company and i would strongly urge, anyone with anything of personal or financial value to avoid this company like any plague or a plague pandemic. Please and thank you. Had I not fought I’d have been a VICTIM twice. Is that what we pay insurance for?

I was glad to receive a competitive quote for car insurance, but the process was fraught. My email address is already used with Esure for House Insurance and would not be accepted for the car insurance. I had to set up a new email address to complete the process. WEIRD. FRUSTRATING. TIMECONSUMING. ANNOYING.

New to buying on line. First time using the Internet to buy insurance. I found it difficult not knowing what button to press and when to press it. Trying to find out information. After quite some time I worked out how it worked, but felt a little unsure about what I was doing. so, it was a learning curve but I got there in the end.

First week of using for home insurance, easy to set up with competitive rates that included better cover. Hopefully their well known service stands up, thanks.

Recently purchased a new car and had a lot of hassle with current insurance brokers so I chose esure via money supermarket and I’m impressed with the speed of service in setting up insurance for my new vehicle
