We had a house fire caused by a faulty appliance in May, I did all the work asked of me to help provide liability so that esure could recoup their losses. We are now 4 months down the line and nothing has been done at our house and the loss adjusters at Questgates are making it so difficult to progress the claim. Awful service and communication
