Absolutely Appaling. Booked a trip with eSky and they booked my ticket for a completely wrong date which was only discovered when trying to check in at the airport, Spent numerous phone calls and exchanges of Emails to arrange an alternative flight of which i had to spend 16 hours at the airport, furthermore I lost my transfer to the hotel of which absolutely no attempt was made for an alternative for me, a further 6 hours spent at an airport waiting for the alternative i had to arrange myself. Miscommunication with the Hotel so I was not allowed the package for meals I had paid for until I sorted out that situation myself. Numerous emails exchanged upon arrival and refusal of certain amounts for a refund, communication is poor and management of complaints is poor, communication in 2 languages and the English of person responding is not as direct as it should be, so lots of frustration could have been avoided if things were understood and explained better. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Jag skulle flyga från Tetouan i Marocko till Malaga och vidare till Stockholm, jag beställde och betalade men fick aldrig någon bekräftelse från ESky, jag kom aldrig med flyget trots många kontakter med dom, efter en vecka mejlade dom och undrade hur det gick med min resa, jag fick tillbaka en del av pengarna jag betalade men inte resten(inte ännu) Jag fick ett mejl senare där dom hävdar att en annan avdelning kikar på det. Jag vet inte hur det är möjligt att det ens kan hända, att ta betalt går för sig men att inte bekräfta resan är faktiskt helt möjligt på ESky, hur seriös kan man vara? Min boknings nummer är 1487893549.

Very prompt , absolute best deal I was looking for , easy booking. I got their TRUST last time I made the first booking with them and I did a misspell on a name. They helped immediately , no extra charge no drama at all. Thank you eSky Travel Team ! You Rock !!!!

Just got ripped off by this company offering best flight prices from Ryanair. Cost me extra £32.00. Flyer beware! Will be changing my search engine from Google as well!

Une entreprise qui fait des promesses lors de la vente des billets, nous incite à prendre une assurance de près de 10 % du montant du vol, qui a choisi les compagnies aériennes censées pour apporter le meilleur rapport qualité-prix et qui se défausse complètement en cas de vol retour annulé par la compagnie aérienne. La ligne téléphonique d'urgence est injoignable, nous obligeant à trouver seuls une solution de retour, refusant de prendre en charge le quelque 1800 € de frais de vol et la journée d'hébergement supplémentaire et les plus de 200 € payés pour le retour annulé ! À noter que je mon épouse est unecPMR à plus de 80 % et qu'en aucun cas, alors qu'un accompagnement spécifique avait été mis en place, elle n'a bénéficié de soutien. Ayant même fait un malaise de douleur à l'aéroport et ayant été prise en charge par deux super pompiers. Une honte !

The WORST! Tried to book a flight to Tampa, it suggested a flight to Orlando, didn't notice til already paid for the flight. Generally there is a 24 hr. cancel policy and I just wanted to change to correct arrival destination. They said the airline wouldn't allow changes or cancellations! I messaged the airline directly and because I reached out within 24hrs they applied refund credit to my booking to the appropriate destination. ESky is basically Scammers! Never again!

I’m finding the customer service of eSky utterly MIND BOGGLING! About one hour after booking a flight, I received a very brief email stating that eSky had attempted to call me (not true), to inform me that I'd been moved to another flight. Okay NP. Then I receive an email requesting an additional payment equivalent to 33% of the value of my booking. So, not nothing. I then proceeded to send two emails explaining how this could be, and in return received an email stating that my order had been passed on for reimbursement. Panicked I ask eSky not to cancel the booking, only to awake to three automated emails confirming the booking has been cancelled. No human reply. What to do? Well, book a new flight. Now, 12 hours later I have received 5 phone calls from an unknown US number within the space of 10 minutes. This was followed by another email confirming the cancellation. And, I'd just like to add, that I'd been given a 24 hour time window to pay the additional fee, which was not honoured. The I'm now 22 hours into this nightmare, shaking my head, and very much looking forward to receiving my refund. All I can say is: I should've listened to the bad reviews here on Trustpilot and not wasted my time, money, or energy on eSky.

Nice chat with customer service, and very helpfull, The only reason not 5 star is that the language is not on our native language, you have to be good at english otherwise it will be hard to complete the transaction.

Update: van 1 naar 3 sterren aangepast omdat het geld indd teruggestort is. Ik heb de organisatie als feedback gegeven duidelijker te communiceren. Zowel in de mail als op hun platform. Doordat het volkomen onduidelijk was waarom ik opnieuw moest bevestigen en ook de extra bedragen die genoemd werden nadat ik alles al betaald had, niet worden verklaard is het voor mij als consument totaal onduidelijk hoe/wat,/waarom. Ook geen uitleg toen ik de mail kreeg dat mijn tickets geannuleerd waren. De volgende dag wel heel goed geholpen door Vipul van de customer service. Tickets geboekt en meteen afgerekend voor vliegen met Ryanair naar Alicante komende zondag. Ik moest na betaling opeens nog iets bevestigen vanuit mijn mailbox. Ik begreep er niks van. Uiteindelijk wel bevestigd dan maar. Na een uur een bericht dat de boeking met nummer FRGNFW9HT-1 is geannuleerd! Geen flauw idee waarom. In dezelfde mail werd gesteld dat het bedrag is teruggeboekt. Niks ontvangen.

Unfortunately, a broken relationship prevented us from flying Wizz air to our desired destination. For a long time, it was unknown whether we would still go together, each separately or not at all. In all situations, they thought with us. Now finally able to cancel and then again I was very thoughtful and kindly spoken to. In short, very happy with the (customer) service of Esky.

Tive um problema com a reserva, estava pendente, mas foi resolvido.
