If you're looking for a robot-like customer service experience (and no valid flight booking) THIS IS THE PROVIDER FOR YOU
I’m finding the customer service of eSky utterly MIND BOGGLING! About one hour after booking a flight, I received a very brief email stating that eSky had attempted to call me (not true), to inform me that I'd been moved to another flight. Okay NP. Then I receive an email requesting an additional payment equivalent to 33% of the value of my booking. So, not nothing. I then proceeded to send two emails explaining how this could be, and in return received an email stating that my order had been passed on for reimbursement. Panicked I ask eSky not to cancel the booking, only to awake to three automated emails confirming the booking has been cancelled. No human reply. What to do? Well, book a new flight. Now, 12 hours later I have received 5 phone calls from an unknown US number within the space of 10 minutes. This was followed by another email confirming the cancellation. And, I'd just like to add, that I'd been given a 24 hour time window to pay the additional fee, which was not honoured. The I'm now 22 hours into this nightmare, shaking my head, and very much looking forward to receiving my refund. All I can say is: I should've listened to the bad reviews here on Trustpilot and not wasted my time, money, or energy on eSky.
