totalmente inaffidabili, comprato voli easy jet, pagamento via carta bancaria andato a buon fine e dopo 3 gg mi arriva una mail di cancellazione prenotazione, senza conoscerne il motivo. Ora oltre ad aspettare il rimborso, devo ricomprare i voli (ammesso che li trovo ancora) e pagarli di più, perché nel frattempo sono aumentati di costo. Sconsiglio vivamente ESky Travel!!!!
Dit Poolse reisbureau heeft ons lange tijd in de waan gehouden nadat ze de verkeerde naam op de ticket hadden geplaatst, namelijk de naam van de betaler en niet de naam van de passagier. Met als resultaat dat mijn ticket waardeloos was en dat ik ruim 1000 euro kwijt ben geraakt. Ik heb na het tijdig cancellen van de vlucht zelfs niet de luchthavenbelasting van eSky ontvangen! Wat is er gebeurd? Nadat bleek dat eSky de verkeerde naam op mijn ticket had geplaatst, is geprobeerd er een 'rename' te laten plaatsvinden. Dat bleek al snel niet mogelijk. Hierop nam eSky contact met mij op dat de luchtvaarmaatschappij wel een 'full refund' gaf waarvoor ik aan eSky moest bevestigen dat ik de boeking cancel. Daarna moest dan een nieuwe boeking worden gedaan die ook door mezelf kon plaatsvinden. Dit is telefonisch en schriftelijk bevestigd. Echter eSky heeft nadat ik telefonisch en schriftelijk aangaf om de boeking te cancellen dit willens en wetens niet doorgegeven aan de luchtvaarmaatschappij. Voordat ik mijn reis aanving, heb ik regelmatig aan eSky doorgegeven om dit wel te doen, maar om een of andere reden werd dit steeds niet uitgevoerd. Uiteindelijk heb ik op hun website zelf de boeking op tijd gecanceld, dus voordat de vlucht zou plaatsvinden. Dan nog moet eSky dit verder afhandelen en dit werd wederom niet gedaan. De luchtvaartmaatschappij gaf aan dat ze geen enkele actie van eSky zagen om de boeking te cancelen en ook dat er sowieso al bij aanvang duidelijk was aangegeven bij eSky dat er geen full refund mogelijk was. In de gehele communicatie met eSky werd steeds terug verwezen dat de luchthavenmaatschappij wel een full refund gaf en uiteindelijk dat de maatschappij ineens van gedachten was veranderd. Doordat er niet werd gecanceld door eSky heb ik niets terug ontvangen en ben ik ruim 1000 euro kwijt geraakt. Ik ben heel lang aan het lijntje gehouden, heb veel mailwisseling en klachten ingediend. Ze geven constant dezelfde antwoorden en leggen alles bij de luchtvaartmaatschapij neer en bij mij als passagier. Terwijl zij een fout hebben begaan en de afspraken niet nakomen! --- This Polish travel agency fooled us for a long time after they put the wrong name on the ticket, namely the name of the payer and not the name of the passenger. As a result, my ticket was worthless and I lost more than 1000 euros. After canceling the flight on time, I didn't even receive the airport tax from eSky! What happened? After it turned out that eSky had placed the wrong name on my ticket, an attempt was made to have a 'rename' take place. That soon turned out not to be possible. eSky then contacted me to say that the airline did give a 'full refund' for which I had to confirm to eSky that I was canceling the booking. Then a new booking had to be made, which could also be done by myself. This has been confirmed by telephone and in writing. However, eSky knowingly did not pass this on to the airline after I indicated by telephone and in writing that I wanted to cancel the booking. Before I started my trip, I regularly informed eSky to do this, but for some reason this was always not carried out. Ultimately, I canceled the booking on their website in time, before the flight was due to take place. eSky still has to handle this further and again this was not done. The airline indicated that they did not see any action from eSky to cancel the booking and that eSky had clearly indicated at the start that a full refund was not possible. Throughout the communication with eSky, it was repeatedly referred to that the airport company did give a full refund and ultimately that the company had suddenly changed its mind. Because eSky did not cancel, I did not receive anything back and I lost more than 1000 euros. I was kept on the line for a very long time, and I submitted a lot of emails and complaints. They constantly give the same answers and blame everything on the airline and on me as a passenger. While they have made a mistake and do not keep the agreements!

Terrible!!!! Avoid at all cost. We booked 4 Ryanair flights through ESky.Our flights were altered so we had to cancel and were entitled to a refund. I have proof that Ryanair have paid our refund to ESky ( on June 18th 2024)... ESky have still not sent my money back to me and constantly claim they are looking into it. I must have called 50plus times... I won't give up!!

Actively seeking assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation, the BBB, & the Federal Aviation Administration. Third party vendors such as Esky need to be removed from business. After thorough research, it has been discovered that Esky will allow you to book through them for flights, and they will cancel your booking immediately thereafter. Again, I am actively seeking professional and legal assistance so we shall see what occurs. I live for taking down scam companies and I have a quite impressive history of such, so I’m up for this new challenge! Beware consumer of Esky!
Biggest scammers!! Think 20x before you book your tickets with this $hitty scammers company!! THEY HAVE NO SERVICE!! all they have is a standard prescribed text to read out over the phone or send as a response!!
First of all I would give zero star if I was allowed . I booked a ticket through esky for a domestic travel within India with indigo airlines. Esky charged me 32 USD as processing fee for a 117 dollars ticket. And when I called them with 24 hours and asked to cancel they said they will again detect 33 usd from the ticket price even though the airlines is will to pay full refund for cancellation within 24 hours. I will not drag much in to this case but I will alert everyone please be very careful about this esky company.

Very sneaky company - booked a wizz air flight and they charged a hidden fee or around £50 for service fee and airport charge. This was not explained at all, until they processed my payment and took the money!
I had a terrible experience with eSky, where they failed to allocate the standard checked baggage on my return flight from London to Tokyo, despite it being included on the outbound leg. I did not select any unusual baggage options, yet eSky's system somehow removed the checked baggage allowance. When I raised the issue, their customer service repeatedly blamed me for not selecting it during booking, despite the fact that checked baggage is standard for international flights. This caused significant inconvenience, and they refused to offer a refund for the extra fees I had to pay. I strongly advise avoiding eSky to prevent falling victim to similar errors and poor service.
Failed to mention hidden fees / ie identity checks and having to pay for my boarding pass at time of travel at the airport. When contacting their complaints team, I was informed the airline changed its policies and not their fault. No customer service, rotten excuses for failures DO NOT USE THEM, UNTRUSTWORTY AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Just read their response to this negative feedback (below) this is a pure fabrication to make themselves look better here, another example to not trust or use them.
