Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. 1.I place the order online.Two days after no message at all from Bandel 2.I inqure about the status ( already paid in full , to be clear) of my order and I get a replay that my order is not active as the address is faulty ! 3.Thank you Bandel, I will send the corect address via e-mail on the spot. 4.I recevie response that now everything îs fine and the order is dispatched. 5.I get a tracking number and when I check the status of my package I find ouț that my staff is ready to be shipped Internațional!!! 6.I write back to the same useless Bandel rep that messed up my order and till now I did not get any replay from his side nor from Bandel side. Very disapointed Bandel !Very bad image,poor attitude no comments. I see strong marketing,big words on how many products you have, how many years of experience yet Bandel is unable to do one order correct.I talk about my first and only experience with Bandel. You better invest a lot in your employees,train them coach them guide them how to be effecient and effective. As from my standing point you are nowere near the spot. I will ask Bandel to refund my money back and promise I will never bother you with anyorder. I use the competition 9 ouț of 10 Times where everything goes very easy , great customer suport!But they did not have what I was looking for ! With your mistake you ruined my plans I made just before Christmas counting on your proper service. And please have a one on one talk to the Rep.employee ( I have his name ) that did not bother to answer back and tell him that is extremely rude on his attitude.About his ability to fulfill his job, he failed from my side.
