Absolutely Appaling
Absolutely Appaling. Booked a trip with eSky and they booked my ticket for a completely wrong date which was only discovered when trying to check in at the airport, Spent numerous phone calls and exchanges of Emails to arrange an alternative flight of which i had to spend 16 hours at the airport, furthermore I lost my transfer to the hotel of which absolutely no attempt was made for an alternative for me, a further 6 hours spent at an airport waiting for the alternative i had to arrange myself. Miscommunication with the Hotel so I was not allowed the package for meals I had paid for until I sorted out that situation myself. Numerous emails exchanged upon arrival and refusal of certain amounts for a refund, communication is poor and management of complaints is poor, communication in 2 languages and the English of person responding is not as direct as it should be, so lots of frustration could have been avoided if things were understood and explained better. Would NOT recommend to anyone
