Speedy response, super helpful staff, no hassle, and very efficient ,good to know that EON supports The Woodland Trust, and I am included in their donation. And good to know that EON is always giving customers the latest cheapest tariffs so we can switch to a new tariff easily and with confidence.
I was informed I could have a refund as I was in credit. I took advantage of this and the money was in my account within days. No problems, no fuss!
Very good company to be with , everything runs along smoothly through the app and having telephone conversations also .
I logged on to my account and to my surprise I had a message saying my payment would be reduced and I am due for a refund. My only issue was it would have been nice to have had an email letting me know beforehand
The refund was easy enough. However there is a real problem with the smart meter as it cuts out all the time. This is one reason why i could not chose the tariff that gives you cheaper off peak rates.
Eon next have been my supplier of choice for many years , I've always had a first class experience with them excellent company to deal with
Had accumulated funds in my account due to hot weather. Asked to take out part of the money in credit. Money was put into my account promptly.
I have always found EON to be very friendly and have always had my enquiries resolved Ed to my satisfaction
Refund was approved fast and in my bank within 3 days, however I was £90 in credit for 3 months and was unable to request a refund. The app kept saying we have found something that needs your attention when doing its check up, then said request a refund and when I clicked on it it was unavailable.

Well I was able to get an extremely competitive quote online, and was able to apply very easily. The app, which is available for both Android and iOS is very easy to use and setup, it makes it very easy to see your usage and what you will be paying, also it again saves on paper. The tariff that I am on currently gives the the piece of mind that I know what I am paying over the next 12 months and that while I am on this tariff I am helping out the wider and local environment by using renewable energy from wind farms and not fossil fuels. I highly recommend that all customers turn to renewable energy to help save emissions and their local and wider environments.
We needed to have the company name amended on the invoices, as without this, they wouldn’t have been valid. Nita was incredibly fast and proactive — she provided all the required information promptly and efficiently. I honestly can’t say the same for most other utility companies, as we usually encounter delays and difficulties. Why can’t others be as helpful and responsive as Nita? It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with someone in this field who is so quick and effective.
Excellent customer service, Engineer knew exactly what the problem was, and then replaced my gas and electricity meters within 2 hours, which British Gas was unable to do within the past 3 years. Highly recommended.
