Fantastic customer service from E.ON. I had a rather unusual billing situation involving past due (and unpaid) payments from the previous tenant, and E.ON's customer service team resolved it efficiently and in a timely manner. Super responsive and friendly to deal with.
I was a statement which received on 10/07/25. On the there information about tariff which would save me more than £76. I called to be put on the new tariff. I informed this was only available for 7 days. Because I had recevied late this was now not available.
All the dealings I have had with EON have been cordial and helpful,the only problem I had was sorted out quickly and efficiently with satisfaction for both parties.No trouble whatsoever,would recommend on my experiences.DBACOOPER

I have used Eon for many a year and have always been satisfied with their products and the service received. The app makes it so much easier and is easy to follow. If you have ring them up, they are courteous and helpful.

We’ve been with E.ON four and half years and in that time have taken regular weekly meter readings through the energy monitor linked to the smart meter then checked bills and readings against the monthly statement sent to my email address from E.ON always been accurate I also find that the E.ON App is very informative and easy to follow showing tariff rates and past statements which are available to download Overall a good service
