I have always had good experience with Eon Next.When ever I contact them the representative has always been able to answer any of my queries .They are always polite and attentive.

It was relatively straightforward to renew. I could also have spoken to a customer service worker if necessary.
The new connection process has been seamless from start to finish. Eden has been absolutely fantastic keeping me updated via email along the way. 3 houses fitted with gas and electric meters within 3 weeks when other company’s quoted me a lead time of 3/4 months!! I would definitely recommend EON and will use them again for my future new builds. Thanks
If I could given Eon next 0 stars I would. They have unlawfully over charged me over £4000 for my gas and electric over 5 years due to their own misbilling error. This has left myself a single working mother in fuel poverty and having to pay over draft fees just to pay my bill and resort to using food banks. They are refusing to refund this £4000 and now insisting I have a smart meter installed, even though I have been requesting this for 5 years and they have refused to install
Your postcode system is out of date when registering previous address as a new customer. Furthermore, there is no option to manually enter an address. To create an account, you gave me no option but to enter false details.

Did not follow my email instructions and switched my supply when I had asked to cancel the switch several times different people replying to a long string of emails. In the end I had to ring to sort out my new tariff

Convenient and direct.
Being forced to have a Smart Meter installed. Nowhere did the agent state that I have the right to opt for a Dumb Mode Smart meter where I submit the readings. Eon is scamming people and need reporting to the authorities. Not happy at all plus you have put my bill up.
