Change of company name
We needed to have the company name amended on the invoices, as without this, they wouldn’t have been valid. Nita was incredibly fast and proactive — she provided all the required information promptly and efficiently. I honestly can’t say the same for most other utility companies, as we usually encounter delays and difficulties. Why can’t others be as helpful and responsive as Nita? It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with someone in this field who is so quick and effective.
