After arranging my new tariff I received an email from you addressed to The Executor of Alan Draycott with the old account number. I changed the account into my name under account number A-A77CAAC9 after my husband's death in 2022. After a telephone conversation with a very helpful employee, the matter has been resolved-the original account deleted.
I had got into credit by a significant amount, the process of requesting a refund was very straightforward and I received it quickly.

You will only let me reduce my standing order by 10% when I am in credit and you will not refund all of the money I have already paid you. You also make it sound as though you are doing me a favour by giving me some of the money back. UPDATE then reply with a condescending email assuming I’m a 7 yr old explaining how my account works.
