Having received constant phone call at unreasonable hours regarding a smart meter. Not happy with the service at all. Will be leaving as a customer of eon for over 25 years

Whenever there is a power cut all house clocks are affected and need some expertise to rectify the situation.

She listened,attentively,with empathy and compassion,to my issues and problems-a true HONEST CARING person-even when it went past the opening hours of opening! Changing tariffs. Each time I was emailed new tariffs I phoned and was given another set of tariffs - very confusing.
