Withholding part of my refund in case I have a big bill in winter is an absolute joke Whether my bill is big in winter or not , IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS , I'm not a child , I don't need your help and when I ask you to refund over a £100 to make money in my bank and not yours , You should just return my money Update I got your email Corporate bullshit Standardised answer I don't need or want any company I pay for a service to dictate to me how to manage my money I've always paid my bills on time and covered them for over 40 yrs See the words ..paid Your a service , I pay for your service , not the other way round You should do as I ask , your a service hence the word service My father at 87 was over £800 in credit last year That's an absolute disgrace , it's lawful overpayment..I call it robbery
