Great service
Great service Each step of the progress was quick and easy. Was able to speak to a person on the phone which was the most important part of the process.

Made sure everything was sorted in the background. Emailed with updates and took care of everything without too much input from me.

Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

The whole process with Enact was brilliant. It was easy to communicate / upload documents and complete what was needed. My timescales and completion date was met fully. If every other Solicitor or Legal Team could be as efficient and professional it would make what can often be a stressful time an absolute breeze. Thanks again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Enact in the future.
1st time using enact, everything was done hassle free. Would definitely use again.
Handled our remortgage and had zero issues. Online portal was very useful to track progress and made communication with enact very simple.
First time using Enact and I can’t fault them. The case tracker is very useful as it allows you to view all the necessary documents, the progress and communicate with them via the message system. The communication via telephone and email was good too. Highly recommend.
Very bad experience. We had to chase every step of our remortgage, and Enact contacted us several times to chase things on their behalf. Things were left so late we narrowly avoided paying a substantial mortgage increase, despite my numerous emails. We will not be using them again.
Enact completed our remortgage conveyancing moving our mortgage to Nationwide. There were a few initial hiccups - some forms didn’t arrive so we had to print them, and we had issues where we didn’t get notified of the messages on their platform. These issues were in October last year and in the last couple of months leading up to our actual mortgage switchover we haven’t had any problems so I think they might have fixed the platform notification issue. Our mortgage changeover went smoothly and as this was funded by our mortgage provider I’d use them again in the same circumstances.
Great Service! Very smooth from start to finish, re-mortgaging made easy. Help at the ready via the online portal messaging service with good response time. I had brilliant service from these guys. I will use again! Many thanks!
I am giving a five star as enact are the best service providers and they are so helpful and rendering very efficient job they do.
Confusing web interface. You just get emails saying "your case has been updated" but no information as to whether there's an action for you, or enact. Kept having to message in to ask what if anything needed doing and by who. Some messages would get a response, others needed chasing. All in, a very disappointing and confusing experience. I didn't choose Enact, it happened as part of a reportage. Will definitely use my previous solicitor next time I remortgage.
From start to finish the whole process was plain and simple , if there were and items needed we were contacted and sent them to them , could not fault their service , well done all
The on line tracker was excellent as you could keep up to date with progress and any outstanding tasks left to complete. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very efficient. Whole process was speedy and seamless from start to finish
Enact kept me updated regularly with the progress of my mortgage
Sam was very good in following up and explaining me things Timing was good
I have used Enact for multiple transactions, purchases and sales and have always had a good experience. They are thorough, don't make mistakes and are often much quicker to act and resolve queries than the other side. Useful online tool and communications portal too. I would use them again. And again. Can't fault them.
Very quick and efficient easy to use
I was very pleased with the communication from enact. Generally, the process was very smooth. My only complaint is that I had two mortgages for about a week so paid two lots of interest. I was not aware that this would happen and I thought that the change of lender would happen the same day. This has given me an expense. I was not expecting.
Very helpful, and well explained process. Made the whole experience run very smoothly
I am having a miserable time remortgaging with Enact. I am sorry to say their service is poor. The firm has a very basic 'dashboard' that is rarely updated and functionality quite old fashioned. The 'chat' service is good, but I don't think I should have to use it constantly because nothing seems to happen for weeks and weeks. My 'case handler' never gets in touch and does not respond to questions. Enact staff have failed to obtain a redemption quotation from my existing lender's automated system, largely because Enact have used an incomplete address at least six times, making the same mistake over and over again. I didn't choose Enact - the firm were attached to my new mortgage provider as 'free legals' which seems to mean little apparent interest in speed, efficiency or customer service, perhaps because they get paid anyway. If I could I pull out I would, but starting all over again with another lender could take even longer.
Very professional company from start to finish ,any time I had a question the response was really quick really pleased and would definitely recommend.
