Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

Have just remortgaged a BTL with Godiva moving from my existing borrower using the enact portal, not only easy to use but from first contact to funds in my account 11 days!!
Enact were Nationwide Building Society’s conveyances of choice and they did the job for us… all moved along efficiently. We were informed of progress in a number of ways. On-line, e-mail and text message, but I think this was to make sure ‘we’ didn’t miss anything. Agents were very keen to progress elements and we were reminded frequently, however as some documents required witnessed signatures etc, we had to move those parts of the process along at our own pace. As mentioned at the top, Enact did the job for us.

Enact made the transfer of my mortgage from old provider to the new one very easy and stress free. Everything was done through their portal which was very user friendly and kept updated at all times allowing ne to see every stage of the process.

Simple online process with live updates of how my case is progressing. Response to the chat is quick and downloading/uploading documents very helpful (although I think in this day and age electronic signatures should be acceptable). Notifications are helpful as you can action soonest. All in all a very straightforward and efficient experience.
I will do a more in depth review over the next week, what has let this company down is the equity lenders, however they seem to be governed by them, for example moretolife, absolute rip off company, who I will also be reviewing shortly, do not touch either if your health depends on it, not worth the money or your stress levels. Update, no response from the email provided, as punishment for my review they have given us less than 18 hours to exchange contracts, shocking behaviour probably due to my review, as I said prior, do not touch this company or moretolife, my stress levels are beyond anything my body can cope with, very, very disappointed, so now I will be homeless in 4 days, thanks for nothing, and I have to pay for their greed.
Only drawback was not being told how to find tasks on the portal but could be I'm just not tech savvy. Apart from that seamless.

I used Enact conveyancing as the ‘in house’ option when moving my mortgage to Coventry building society. The process was very smooth with an easy to access on line portal. I was very pleased when needing to make an enquiry that somebody answered the phone quickly and was able to answer my question a huge bonus nowadays when many companies seem impossible to contact by phone and actually speak with somebody. Overall a great experience and would be very happy using Enact Conveying again
