Used Enact to remortgage. Pretty smooth process, kept informed throughout. Got a response via the messaging option when needed and got through on the phone every time I called. Would use Enact again.

I had a good experience with Enact Conveyancing. Can’t fault them at all. Everything was done efficiently. I have only given 4 stars as it took longer than I was told it would and also replying to some of my messages took a while too unless I went onto the online chat to which they did respond straight away and were always very helpful. I would recommend them

Literally the worst experience with a firm I have ever had. The word slow, makes this company seem fast they are so bad. These other reviews must be paid for fake reviews, as beyond comprehension I don't understand how someone would rate 5 stars. They cost me so much money due to dragging the process out unnessisarily for weeks on end. DO yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very friendly and efficient service. The online account is easy to manage, viewing your to do list, downloading documents as well as checking the whole progress of your transaction. Excellent! 👍

Possibly the most incompetent firm I have come across in over 30 years. These were chosen by our broker and they seemed to have regrets themselves in engaging with them. Non responsive (both to broker and ourselves), delayed document uploads and lying regarding progress/contacts. Total lack of professionalism and appalling service resulting in being stuck for four months on a standard variable rate due to their woeful level of engagement. Only their telephone customer service was good, albeit unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

Myself and wife recently utilised the 5*services of Enact conveyancing. The service was very friendly and professional and they provided us with a portal that made it very easy to contact them.Enact conveyancing acted as a third party and were there for us whenever we had any questions. Their response was very quick and left us in no doubt in the progress that had been made during our conveyancing. We would have no doubt in using Enact conveyanceing services in the future and would certainly recommend their 5* services to future prospective customers.
They don't call back, send out incorrect paperwork and their platform cannot handle two properties at once. Due to receving incorrect documents at least 2 times the redempton certificate has almost expired and the process may need to restart again. This has cost me £1000. Numerous phone calls and no one to help.
