Avoid - 4 months in & mortgage deadline passed
Currently going through the process with Enact and the service is terrible. They are dragging their heels over every bit. My remortgage was due for renewal 01.04.2025 - this has been in process since early January! They have not sent reports to the mortgage company when they have been sent the information and they are now still telling me they are waiting for a redemption certificate that only last 3 days - they are sent one but then another 3 days seems to go by with no progress and they then have to request a further one. Avoid!
