The two delivery guys were great, feel bad Iv forgotten their names already. They were really quick, friendly and professional.

I had an excellent experience with my sofa delivery thanks to Charlie and Matt. They were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, professional, and incredibly careful when handling the sofa. They took great care to ensure everything went smoothly and were a pleasure to chat with. It’s rare to come across such a great team who genuinely care about providing top-notch service.

Really helpful team of delivery drivers meant that my new sofa really was a 'Ta dah!' moment. They contacted me beforehand, delivered within the time slot given, rang me 20 mins beforehand, and just made the whole experience very easy. Really nice and polite guys too. Would heartily recommend.

Pete and Sal kept us informed of delivery time and arrived slightly earlier than scheduled which was really helpful. Pete and Sal were friendly, extremely professional and careful when bringing our new sofa into our house. Excellent service.

Pete & Sal from Empire Delivery were excellent and friendly throughout. We were provided a delivery slot and then they rang us when 20 minutes out. The Cocoon sofa bed had to be partially dismantled to get it up the stairs which they did with no bother. Once re assembled they then give us a demonstration on the how the bed folds out and some safety/care pointers as well. All rubbish was removed afterwards as they proceeded onto their next job.
