This is the second time that Empire have visited me. The staff on both occasions, were courteous, efficient and professional.
The delivery guys rang 20 mins before they arrived, were super friendly and unpacked/put the sofa together. We live on a slope so not the easiest property to find or deliver to. They were fab. Thankyou
Great delivery company. They were very polite, good mood and very aware of the house surrounding when delivering. Pete and Sal travelled the whole country and arrived at earliest of the time slot said. Fantastic!
Pete and Sal called ahead to say they would arrive in 20 minutes. They followed my instructions regarding the long driveway and delivered the product on time. They removed the packaging and left after 10 minutes. A faultless delivery.

Our sofa bed arrived last week & is comfortable to sleep on. We added a mattress topper as we were sleeping on it for a few nights. The sofa feels quite firm, not like the one in the showroom but hoping it softens over time. Customer service was great & they were very accommodating ensuring the sofa arrived by the date we needed it. We love the versatility of the sofa as corner & arm can be switched & we chose removable arm covers so that is necessary we could change them. It’s a bonus that the fabric is made from recycled plastic so environmentally friendly & easy to wipe clean. We would recommend this sofa bed.

The new sofabed was slightly too big to get through the door. When the decision was made to ensure the delivery was complete on the same day, the team worked on site to ensure the sofa could fit through the door by removing the arm and the mechanism. They assembled it back and the work was completed to a good standard. The team remained calm and professional. Thank you

There had been a mixup at the warehouse so my order (a large sofa bed!) wasn’t packaged properly, but my delivery guys (Pete and Lumear) went above and beyond and dismantled the sofa so it would fit into my flat. Not only that but they were lovely blokes too!
Pete and Lumear were very communicative before and during the delivery. It was delivered, assembled and rubbish taken within 20 minutes Recieved a phone call when they were 20 minutes away, they parked where recommended for ease of access, brought the sofa in, assembled it, took away all the packaging. They clearly get along as colleagues and it was nice to see them helping eachother and getting on with their job.
