Australia - 3 week holiday - Perth,Melbourne, Port Douglas, Sydney
We have just returned from our holiday to Australia that Audley arranged for us and cannot recommend them more highly. The trip was created for us by Jindy Kaur Sangha who provided an incredible personal service and did an amazing job. Every step of the process was brilliant, from initial discussions to identify our key priorities, through to the details of what kind of accommodation we were looking for and what we wanted to do/see. The initial package created for us was spot-on and required little amendment. We had several calls with Jindy during the process, including a final call several weeks before our holiday to go through the details, all our questions were answered quickly and comprehensively and we were given a contact number in the event of any queries whilst we were away. The hard copy brochure detailing other trip and Audley app were invaluable and provided all details of our trip, including excursion contact numbers etc. Audley booked all the flights, hotels, car hire and excursions for us in advance, meeting the budget we had set. Once in Australia, every booked arrangement - flights, hotels, car hire and excursions went seamlessly well and we had the holiday experience of a lifetime. Many thanks Jindy and Audley, we will use you again without hesitation. Highly recommended
